Huntington National Bank has launched a new cashback credit card: the Huntington® Cashback Credit Card. The new card offers 1.5% unlimited cash back on every purchase, with no annual or foreign transaction fees.
Huntington National Bank Launches New Cash Back Credit Card
Huntington National Bank is an Ohio-based financial institution with over 900 branches across seven U.S. states. The bank offers a variety of financial products to businesses and consumers, including a range of credit cards under the Voice banner.
The bank has launched a new cash rewards credit card, the Huntington® Cashback Credit Card. The World Elite Mastercard earns unlimited cash back rewards at a rate of 1.5% back for every $1 spent on purchases. There are no caps to rewards, no annual fees, and no foreign transaction fees.
The unlimited 1.5% cash back with the Huntington Cashback Credit Card is on par with several popular options from larger banks. The most glaring similarities are the Chase Freedom Unlimited and American Express Cash Magnet, which provide the same 1.5% cash back on every purchase. The card also earns the same rewards rate as the Discover It Miles, though that card technically earns points instead of cash back.
Huntington Fair Play Banking
What sets Huntington apart from some banks is its “Fair Play Banking” philosophy, which the bank launched over a decade ago. This Fair Play Banking process removes many of the frustrating features of other credit cards, including hidden fees and confusing redemption options. Cash back never expires as long as the account is in good standing, and cardholders can opt for automatic monthly redemptions or redeem their rewards manually
Huntington National Bank’s Fair Play Banking also provides “Late Fee Grace.” This popular feature provides an additional day on the grace period to make a payment and avoid late fees. Cardholders also enjoy no penalty fee pricing, meaning their APR will never rise – even if they miss a payment.
