Radisson Rewards Americas is now live. The program is an offshoot of the Radisson Rewards program specially catered towards travelers in North and South America and the Caribbean region. To celebrate the launch, Radisson is unveiling a streamlined awards chart and making it easier for members to reach elite status through the end of 2021. Here is everything you need to know about the new loyalty program:

Radisson Rewards Americas Now Live

The anticipated launch of Radisson Rewards Americas has come. Previously, Radisson offered one global loyalty program: Radisson Rewards. However, in April, the brand announced it was splitting its program into two, with Radisson Rewards Americas serving customers in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Meanwhile, Radisson Rewards would continue covering the rest of the world. The company announced the launch in an email to rewards members:

WELCOME TO RADISSON REWARDS AMERICAS
Your membership has transitioned to Radisson Rewards Americas, our loyalty program dedicated to members who travel in the United States, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean.

Don’t worry—your member number, benefits, and point balance have also automatically transitioned. Continue to earn and redeem rewards like you always have at our hotels throughout the Americas. Book now.

Special Launch Promotions

To celebrate the launch of the new program, Radisson is making it easier for members to reach Elite status in the Americas program. While details of the promotion are not yet known, it will likely take the form of additional points on eligible stays or purchases with partners.

Radisson is also streamlining its award chart. The new Radisson Rewards Americas award chart features five hotel categories, down from seven with the old Radisson Rewards program. In addition, award nights now come in increments of 15,000 points, as seen below:

How to Join Radisson Rewards Worldwide

Existing Radisson Rewards program members have had their accounts switched to the new Americas program, with confirmation coming in the form of an email. Members seeking to use their rewards points worldwide will need to register for the Radisson rewards global program.
