Chase Ink cardmembers now enjoy a new category in the Chase Pay Yourself Back program. Through September 30, 2021, Ink Business credit cardholders can use Ultimate Rewards points for up to 25% more value to offset internet, cable, and phone service provider purchases. In addition, Chase is also offering another payback option – rideshare rides through Lyft’s “Fund a Ride” program.
Chase Ink Extends Pay Yourself Back and Adds New Small Business Categories
Small business owners can continue to use Chase Ultimate Rewards to pay themselves back, thanks to an extension of the popular Pay Yourself Back program through September 30, 2021. Chase Ink small business credit cards will enjoy the same extension as Chase Sapphire and Freedom cards, but with the addition of new categories.
Ink Cardholders Receive Up to 25% More Value with New Categories
Through September 30, Chase Ink cardmembers who opt-in for accelerated earn and utilize Pay Yourself Back can redeem points worth 25% more on shipping and home improvement purchases, plus new categories of internet, cable, and phone service providers. Interestingly, the new internet, cable, and phone service providers category provide a different point boost, deepening the Ink business card.
Chase Ink Business Preferred® and Chase Ink Business Plus® cardholders enjoy 25% value on Ultimate Rewards points on service providers, as well as the original shipping and home improvement categories. Chase Ink Cash®, Chase Ink Business Cash®, and Chase Ink Business Unlimited® cardholders, on the other hand, receive 10% more value in points when redeemed for internet, cable, and phone services.
Lyft “Fund a Ride”
Pay Yourself Back points also apply towards a statement credit for all, or a portion, of a ride purchased through Lyft’s “Fund a Ride” program. After purchasing through Lyft, eligible Chase cardholders (including personal and business cards) can log into their Ultimate Rewards account via the Chase website or mobile app, select from recent transactions up to 90 days prior, and choose to redeem points for all or a portion of the purchase.
Through September 30, 2021, Sapphire Reserve cardmembers’ points will be worth 50% more and 25% more for all other Chase Sapphire, Freedom, and Ink cardmembers when redeemed for “Fund a Ride” purchases. For example, Sapphire Reserve cardmembers can apply 1,000 points to pay themselves back on a $15 ride purchase donation.
